Music by Shoffy ft. gnash - Cool again.

It's been a chill week so far heading towards the Easter Weekend, finishing off some jobs that need to be done before Kōbo is shut down for a week, as everyone is going on holiday. The boss, Sean made plans to go away, so then the project manager, Gloria did, then the other designer, Winci. So everyone is out of the office next week. A holiday for me too! On Wednesday we picked up a last minute job that needed to be done asap, and the boss was cramming us with the brief before he was on his way to Italy. It was a bit hectic, and I was told that if it wasn't finished by the time Easter weekend was over, I would need to do it the week after since I was the only one still in Hong Kong. It made sense, I am just an intern ahaha, but I did actually make plans already as my friend, Facundo, was coming over from New Zealand for a visit. I also tried the boss's side coffee business's coffee finally haha and it's pretty good!

If you're looking for some freshly roasted gourmet coffee in Hong Kong, search up 'Bean Curious', a coffee subscription that gets sent directly to your door!

On Thursday, we still had no content from the client, so it seemed that I would have to come in next week to get the job done. Winci and I went to, Gelat Etc., a gelato shop that the company helped design the logo for that just opened close by. We went in, had some gelato and it was a good time! She showed me around the Sai Ying Pun area, with all the different Graffiti art on the walls.

Food wise, La Rotissere, a trusty place to go if you're feeling some European food with whole foods of a chicken club sandwich and a side dish of your choice for $78HKD (under $20NZD). I have been there so many times. If you want vegetables, this is the place to go. They have a wide range of salads and side dishes that are hefty. This time I had their roast vegetables instead of the salad. IT WAS A GAME CHANGER.

Ikea has its own hot food shop in store and it's totally worth it as everything is so damn cheap and yum. I had their meatballs and vegetable medallion all for $18HKD (less than $4NZD). Definitely a place to go to if you're running low on the mula, or just something small if you're not feeling too hungry. There's unlimited drink top ups, as well as ketchup and mustard. Always a popular destination for kids after school it seems.

Dragon State Kitchen kills it once again with it Duck Rice. It was pure heaven.
