i'm going to hong kong.

Just before Christmas, I found out that I was going to Hong Kong to live and work as an intern designer for three months under the Prime Minister's Scholarships of Asia. The application process has been all over the place, but now there is less than three days till I will be on a plane on my way to Hong Kong.

It's all really exciting stuff and I am eager to learn and see what the design industry is like in Hong Kong. I'm interested to live there for three months and see how it will be like being independent as I still live at home with my parents in New Zealand. Hong Kong is somewhere that is foreign, yet also somewhere that I am familiar with in terms of it's Chinese culture and I cannot wait to explore it. All in all, I'm excited yet nervous for this adventure and cannot wait to see where it takes me!
